This project was located in Pacific Heights on a slight down hill city lot. Although the garage was pre existing the garage was undersized. The project required a brand new foundation under the existing house as well as a new perimter foundation for the new addition.
The garage was made larger and a new garage door was installed. The home also had a new concrete slab installed throughout and the service utilities and sewer lines were upgraded. A full seismic upgrade per the engineers specifications was also integrated into the project as well as new structural steel and posts.
