This project was located on a flat city lot in Pacific Heights. The project required a brand new garage installed underneath the existing three story house as well as a complete new foundation installation. The project required carefull planning due to the removal of the existing brick foundation. Cribbing was installed to support the house while the old foundation was removed.
A new foundation was installed in place of the old foundation and a new foundation was installed for the rear addition. A new concrete slab was formed and poured through out the new basement level addition as well as replacement of all the underground utilities.
