This project was located on a steep down hill city lot in Noe Valley. This project included digging and carting away soil from the empty lot to prepare the lot for a new house foundation.
A stepped concrete foundation including a dozen 18 inch piers was installed on the empty parcel as well as cribbing of the existing house to facilitate a new foundation under the existing house. A new concrete slab was also installed throughout the existing house, the new addition and the new garage area.
